Elevation Recruitment Groups HR division are currently working with large, transport business to recruit an Interim ER Advisor based in Yorkshire on an interim basis, initially for a three month period.
The role will be remote based with minimal travel within a region for more complex and sensitive cases. As a ER Advisor your responsibilities will include:
- Leading on Employee Relations casework including performance Management, absence management, conflict resolution, investigation meetings, disciplinary hearings and organisational change
- Coaching managers to provide the best working environment for colleagues
- Coaching the management team by providing commercially sound ER related advice
- Identifying and escalating ER related risk and emerging trends
We are looking for someone who:
- Proven experience in managing ER casework and policy development to achieve commercial results
- A solid understanding of HR best practice and employment legislation
- Ability to influence and coach others to improve performance and deliver best practice
- Is immediately Available
