Elevations HR Division are delighted to be working with a market-leading manufacturing business based in Worksop as they look to recruit a HR Employee Relations Specialist into their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities as Employee Relations Specialist:

  • Travelling across multi-sites and manage an ER caseload of low-level to complex cases
  • Support the Group Head of HR and Operations Director in all employee relations matters
  • Advise managers on handling performance issues and disciplinary actions
  • Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations issues including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and grievances.
  • Provide advice and guidance on company policies, procedures and employment laws
  • Develop, review and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and best practices
  • Conduct training sessions on employee relations procedures, workplace ethics, policies, and regulations

You will have ideally worked within a logistics, manufacturing, retail, FMCG or similarly fast paced commercial unionised environment and comfortable with regional travel.
