Elevation Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with a rapidly expanding distribution organisation as they prepare to transition into their brand-new facility in Doncaster. We are seeking multiple Machine Operators / FLT Drivers to support the continued growth of their Operations team. This is a hands‑on position within a fast‑paced environment, offering a high level of variety and involvement across all areas of warehouse activity. This multi-skilled role provides the opportunity to contribute to key operational functions including picking and packing, product processing, goods in/out, and forklift operation. The successful candidates will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient, accurate, and safe movement of products throughout the facility, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders in line with operational requirements
  • Measure, cut, and label products to precise specifications
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock effectively
  • Prepare, load, and dispatch outgoing deliveries
  • Operate Counterbalance and/or Reach FLT equipment safely and competently
  • Maintain accurate stock records and update systems accordingly
  • Ensure the working area remains clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience within a warehouse or distribution environment is desirable; experience with cables or electrical products is advantageous but not essential
  • Confidence with picking, packing, handling goods, and product processing (full training provided)
  • A valid Counterbalance and/or Reach FLT licence is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, team‑focused approach
  • Good understanding of health and safety practices within a warehouse setting
