This is a key role where you’ll take ownership of client relationships and become a trusted partner, supporting service delivery while identifying opportunities to add value. You’ll work closely with clients across multiple sectors, ensuring high standards of service and helping to strengthen long-term partnerships. Responsibilities of an Internal Sales Executive:
- Managing and developing a portfolio of key accounts, including multi-site clients
- Acting as the main point of contact and trusted advisor
- Overseeing service delivery from job creation through to completion and financial close
- Identifying opportunities to introduce additional or enhanced services
- Producing clear, high-quality technical and commercial reports
- Supporting account growth alongside the Business Development team
- Coordinating smaller projects, pricing, and quotations
- Handling client queries and issues professionally and proactively
- Visiting client sites across the UK to build strong working relationships
- Supporting emergency response activity when required
Requirements of an Internal Sales Executive:
- Full UK Driver's Licence
- Passionate about delivering excellent service
- Commercially aware with strong relationship-building skills
