Elevation Tech & Transformation are partnering with a key client to recruit a proactive IT Project Coordinator. This role sits within the Group Technology team and plays a crucial part in ensuring IT projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within scope by coordinating resources, managing schedules, and maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, timelines, and milestones, tracking tasks and progress across the team.
- Act as the central point of communication for project teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings (kick-offs, status updates, reviews), including preparing agendas, taking detailed minutes, and distributing action items.
- Support the prioritisation of technical backlogs, balancing portfolio work and resource requirements.
- Maintain project governance, including key documentation such as project plans, contracts, reports, and risk logs.
- Assist the Project Manager with budget tracking, monitoring costs, and processing purchase orders.
- Coordinate project resources, proactively identify and resolve resource conflicts or risks before they impact delivery.

- Experience with core administrative project tasks: scheduling meetings, coordinating resources, and basic budget tracking (e.g., monitoring expenses, processing invoices).
- Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, Jira, or similar project management software.
