Position Overview:
Elevation Recruitment are excited to be exclusively recruiting for a leading UK clothing manufacturer. We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote clothing lines, increase brand visibility, and drive online sales. You will play a key role in managing online campaigns across multiple platforms, optimising content for SEO, and analysing performance metrics to ensure our marketing efforts are effective.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s brand and sales goals.
- Manage and optimise multi-channel campaigns, including social media (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, X and TikTok), email marketing and influencer marketing.
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging and visually appealing content (banners, ads, etc.) for digital campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research to optimise website content, product descriptions, and blog posts for search engines.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics to drive organic traffic to the website.
- Work with copywriters to ensure all digital content is optimised for search visibility and user experience.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, stories, and ads that resonate with our audience.
- Engage with customers and followers through comments, messages, and collaborations with influencers to build a community around the brand.
- Analyse social media performance and adjust strategies to increase engagement and follower growth.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads, increasing customer retention, and promoting new product launches.
- Build and segment email lists, track performance, and optimise for open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless integration between email marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Work closely with the Ecommerce manager to generate traffic to the online store.
Qualifications and skills:
- Experience in digital marketing, preferably in the fashion or sporting industry.
- Proficient in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM practices.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools.
- Experience with email marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other analytics platforms.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
