Job Description Elevation Recruitment Group are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Rolling Stock Engineering Manager to join our client’s team based in Sheffield. Salary: up to £55k, dependent on experience Hours: 37 hours per week The successful candidate will support the Rolling Stock Engineering Manager in overseeing the rolling stock and plant maintenance service. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership, and problem-solving skills. We are keen to speak with Deputy Rolling Stock Engineering Managers with the following: Degree qualified in an Engineering discipline, or a related field. Extensive experience in rolling stock engineering, maintenance, and management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in maintenance management software and other relevant engineering tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
