Join our Client, a successful manufacturing business in Leeds! As the business continue to grow, they are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service candidate to contribute to their success.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and review customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Enter order information into the system with a high degree of precision
Collaborate with other departments to confirm product availability and delivery timelines
Communicate with customers to clarify order details or address any issues that may arise
Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
Monitor and update order statuses, keeping customers informed of any changes
Resolve order discrepancies and address customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Maintain thorough and accurate records of all order-related activities
Experience required of the role:
Previous experience in order processing or a related field is preferred
Experience with SAP is desired
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
