About the Opportunity: We are currently working with a reputable manufacturing business in Keighley looking to recruit a Customer Relationship Manager to strengthen their commercial and customer-facing operations.
The Role: This is a key position focused entirely on managing and developing relationships with existing customers. You will take ownership of the full customer journey, from initial enquiry through to production, project coordination, and final delivery. Working closely with engineering, production, and commercial teams, you will ensure every customer receives exceptional service and accurate, timely communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and develop key customer relationships, including large and international accounts, acting as the main point of contact
- Take full responsibility for customer projects from enquiry through to delivery, overseeing scope, cost, timelines and technical detail
- Provide day-to-day guidance and support to a Sales Coordinator, ensuring consistency and high service levels
- Partner closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to keep orders moving efficiently and accurately
- Manage commercial elements such as pricing structures, quotations and contract details
- Arrange and track samples, managing realistic lead times and customer expectations
- Support overseas customers and export-related requirements
- Work alongside the sales administration function who manage order amendments, scheduling and logistics
About You:
- Strong interpersonal skills: friendly, approachable, and confident communicating at all levels
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment is essential
- Highly organised, able to manage complex projects from enquiry to delivery
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of pricing and budgeting
- Willing to learn / or experienced in export processes and supporting international orders
