General overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Executive to support our Sales and Administration teams with timely and accurate data reporting, lead management, and insight generation. This role is crucial to maintaining clean and actionable data, providing essential reports, and enabling data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and distribute weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc sales performance reports.
- Monitor key sales KPIs and trends to support the Sales team with performance insights.
- Assist in tracking targets, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
Lead Generation & CRM (HubSpot)
- Support, cleanse and maintain lead and customer data across CRM and marketing databases. (HubSpot & Sage).
- Identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicates, and outdated records.
- Support lead segmentation and tracking for marketing campaigns.
Day to Day information support:
- Respond to internal data and reporting requests from leadership.
- Assist in compiling operational data for meetings, presentations, and strategic planning.
- Maintain standardised dashboards or templates for regular reporting.
Collaboration and process improvement:
- Liaise with team members to understand data needs and improve reporting efficiency.
- Contribute ideas for automation and better reporting practices.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal data policies.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use Hubspot to generate reports, generate dashboards and present findings
- Draw out trend analysis’
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, basic formulas).
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot (or similar) for lead and customer data management.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Clear communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles is a plus.
