We're excited to be exclusively partnered with a market leading business based in Morley as they look to appoint an experienced Credit Control Manager to lead a high-performing credit and sales ledger function within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for cash collection performance, credit risk management, customer account oversight and the development of a sizeable credit team. Working closely with senior finance leadership, you will play a critical role in protecting cash flow, managing debtor exposure and supporting the wider commercial operation.
The Role
You will lead a team of 9 across Credit Control and Sales Ledger, driving performance against KPIs while ensuring robust controls, effective customer management and strong operational delivery. Alongside team leadership responsibilities, you will directly manage a portfolio of key and sensitive customer accounts, making commercially balanced decisions around credit limits, payment terms, order releases and payment arrangements.

- Leading, mentoring and developing the Credit Control and Sales Ledger team
- Driving cash collection performance and reducing aged debt
- Managing credit risk, credit limits and customer exposure
- Approving payment plans, account reviews and order releases
