Credit Controller
Location: Leeds (Hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days home)
Salary: Up to £29k per year
Type: Permanent, Full-time
This exciting role involves working within a team of 10 people to reduce aged debt, manage multi-million pound ledgers, cash collections and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. The role is with a leading international law firm in Leeds.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of your own client ledgers (multi-million pounds)
- Contact clients via phone & email to reduce aged debt
- Liaise confidently with fee earners and stakeholders
- Manage your workload to reach the monthly cash collection and aged debt targets
About You
- Minimum 2 years experience managing high value ledgers
- Previous credit control experience within a professional services or corporate environment
- Experience with 3E is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships
