Salary: Up to £28,000 (DOE)

Hours: Full-time, 8:30am – 5pm

Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking to take ownership of your role and make a real impact in a growing, dynamic business? What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage accurate billing for a portfolio of 200+ B2B and B2C customers
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices to support healthy cash flow
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and aged debt
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with customers while ensuring effective credit control
  • Collaborate closely with finance and commercial teams to ensure robust monthly financial performance and balance sheet health
  • Contribute to the overall financial stability and profitability of the group

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in credit control within a B2B or B2C environment
  • Track record of reducing aged debt and improving collection KPIs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management, with the ability to meet deadlines and targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • A self-starter with a passion for continuous personal and professional development
