Job Description
Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a reputable, PE backed Technology business in Sheffield City Centre as they look for a Commercial Finance Manager to join the team.Â
The business is continually growing and expanding their services due to new investment and a strong appetite for success. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and career-oriented individual to join the team. Working within the Commercial Finance Team, you’ll be responsible for helping strategic decision making through delivering meaningful reports and analysis. This will be a highly visible and value-adding role within a fast paced and dynamic working environment Duties will include: –Â
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Business partnering with key stakeholders in order to manage budgets as well as deliver financial information and insights
- Supporting with FP&A activityÂ
- Analyse business performance and provide advice/ insights to support business decision making
- Produce financial forecasts
- KPI analysis and production of performance reports and dashboards
- Conduct detailed variance/ margin analysisÂ
- Contribution to strategic projects and working across the business functions including commercial and operational teams
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences: –Â
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA)
- Ideally practice trained from a mid-large sized accountancy firmÂ
- Good reporting and analytical skillsÂ
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deal with stakeholders at any levelÂ
- Commercially astuteÂ
- Organised and able to deal with multiple deadlinesÂ
