Elevation recruitment group are supporting a growing organisation who are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Team Leader to join their London-based team. This is a hybrid role offering a salary between £60,000 and £65,000 and presents an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building high-performing recruitment teams while remaining close to the delivery of hiring strategies.
This position will lead a small but impactful talent acquisition function responsible for attracting and hiring high-quality talent across multiple areas of the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping recruitment strategy, improving hiring processes, and partnering closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the organisation continues to attract the right people to support its growth plans.
You will be responsible for managing and developing a team of recruiters, ensuring best practice across sourcing, candidate experience, and stakeholder management.
