Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be supporting an established retail distributor in Chesterfield who is looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse and Operations Manager to join their team.
This key role will take full ownership of warehouse and logistics activities for the site, ensuring orders are delivered on time and in full while maintaining safe and efficient operations. This role will also take the lead on ISO implementations and major projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading all warehouse and operations activities to achieve strong OTIF performance
- Managing inventory control, goods in, dispatch and stock accuracy
- Leading, training and developing a warehouse team
- Managing health and safety compliance, risk assessments and safe systems of work
- Coordinating own fleet, transit vehicles and third-party logistics partners
- Using warehouse management and ERP systems to track stock and performance
- Driving continuous improvement to improve efficiency and productivity
- Managing warehouse-related budgets
- Overseeing maintenance of the warehouse, storage areas, plant and machinery
You will need
- 5+ years’ experience in warehouse management
- Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain and warehouse management systems
- Forklift counterbalance licence
- Exposure to ISO standards and compliance frameworks
- Clear communication skills and a practical, hands-on approach
