Are you an experienced sales candidate from within the world of KBB? Do you want to work for the UK's leading kitchen manufacturer and make your mark? This role is focused on new business growth, with the backing of a huge brand and an even better reputation.

This role focuses on developing long-term partnerships with regional and mid-sized developers, securing kitchen supply contracts for new-build residential schemes, and driving profitable revenue growth.

  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities with regional housebuilders and developers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including Managing Directors, Commercial Directors, Buying Teams, and Technical Managers
  • Secure kitchen specifications and negotiate supply agreements for multi-plot residential developments
  • Manage the full sales process from initial engagement through specification, pricing, contract award, and handover to delivery teams
  • Work closely with internal teams (design, estimating, project management, and operations) to ensure solutions meet client requirements

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager within kitchens, interiors, or related building products
  • Strong track record of selling into regional housebuilders or residential developers
  • Solid understanding of the new-build housing sector, including specification-led sales
  • Confident negotiator with the ability to influence at senior level
