Elevation Recruitment Group are exclusively recruiting for a global business who work B2B and specialise in engineering, design, manufacturing, and service so businesses can work safer and with better results.

As our Graphic Designer, you will work multiband and you’ll be responsible for creating compelling visual content that supports marketing campaigns, exhibitions, digital platforms, and printed materials across multiple brands. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency and creativity in all communications, helping us stand out in a competitive B2B landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging visuals for brochures, press releases, websites, email campaigns, and social media across 4 brands.
  • Support advertising and communication campaigns, including exhibitions and trade shows throughout the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate on market research and analysis to inform design and messaging.
  • Write and edit copy for marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Maintain relationships with media, agencies, and industry bodies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and contribute to marketing planning and reporting.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Experience in a commercial setting, ideally B2B.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with commercial awareness.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Additional language skills (French or German) are a plus.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
