This is an exciting opportunity to lead a well-established team responsible for delivering high-quality business intelligence products, market analysis, and research across European markets. The role is ideally suited to an experienced people manager who thrives on coaching and developing teams, improving processes, and driving performance. Whilst a strong understanding of data, reporting, and business intelligence is important, this is not a hands-on technical analytics role. Instead, the focus is on leadership, operational excellence, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Intelligence Analysts and Researchers
- Drive a positive, high-performance culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement
- Manage workloads, priorities, and resource planning across the function
- Review reporting outputs and ensure the delivery of high-quality intelligence products
- Interpret business data, reporting, and Power BI dashboards to support informed decision-making
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and team performance
- Support succession planning and career development within the team
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and support wider business objectives
- Monitor performance metrics and report on team success
About You:
- Proven experience managing and developing teams within a Business Intelligence, Insights, Reporting, Research, or Analytical environment
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and people development skills
- Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Comfortable interpreting data, trends, and reporting outputs
- Understanding of Power BI and business reporting tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative leader who enjoys helping others succeed
