Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be recruiting for a leading property maintenance company who specialise in outdoor maintenance across the UK. True leaders in the field, they are on the hunt for an experienced relationship builder to manage accounts across the South East.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with existing clients to support retention and identify upselling opportunities.
- Consistently meet KPIs and customer satisfaction goals by ensuring client requirements are fully understood and delivered.
- Play a key role in the client retention programme across all divisional service lines.
- Conduct regular calls and visits with existing and prospective clients, including frequent travel within your assigned region and other areas as needed.
