Elevation IT are looking for a Business Systems Manager to drive digital transformation and operational excellence for one of our key clients in Derby. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Systems Manager to oversee and enhance the organisation's ERP environment, ensuring seamless integration between technology and business operations across the manufacturing and retail divisions. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the evolution of the organisation's systems landscape and play a pivotal role in digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of the ERP system.
- Lead ERP upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyse complex business processes and requirements to design and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Develop and implement robust maintenance procedures for all business systems.
- Test and modify systems to ensure reliability and optimal performance.
- Deliver comprehensive user training and provide ongoing support and feedback.
We are keen to speak with IT professionals who possess:
- Substantial experience managing ERP systems within manufacturing and/or retail environments.
- Proven track record in ERP implementations and enhancements.
- Familiarity with ERP modules such as: Financial Management, Shop Floor Ordering, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Procurement.
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and NetSuite (highly desirable).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a methodical and detail-oriented approach.
- Strong documentation skills, capable of producing and maintaining accurate procedures and system records.
