Business Development Manager

Location: M62 Corridor

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + car/allowance + bonus

Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be recruiting for one of the UK\’s leading fire and security businesses. This role will play a pivotal part in the growth of contract sales across the North of England.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement strategic initiatives to expand the company’s existing client base
  • Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with technical and engineering teams to ensure the effective delivery of fire safety solutions that align with customer requirements and regulatory standards

Skills & Requirements:

  • A track record of winning new business contract opportunities across fire security and safety
  • A self motivated, tenacious individual with strong experience of the fire safety industry
  • History of growing a set territory
  • Full UK Driving Licence is required
