As an Area Sales Manager, your main focus will be managing and developing an existing account portfolio while also driving new business growth and expanding market share across Scotland. This field-based role requires a dynamic, energetic, and innovative salesperson who thrives on securing new opportunities, challenging conventional sales methods, and building strong, profitable relationships.

Area Sales Manager Role & Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, target, and secure new customers, distributors, and wholesalers to expand the company’s presence in Scotland.
- Maximise the potential of existing accounts by introducing a broader range of products, ensuring consistent and increasing sales.
- Work closely with distributors and wholesalers, aligning on promotional strategies and sales initiatives to maximise brand visibility and product adoption.
- Conduct regular face-to-face visits with potential and existing customers, providing product demonstrations, training, and commercial insights to drive sales.
