Senior Quality Engineer in Brighouse

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a highly regulated, global manufacturer in West Yorkshire who are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer. The business supply specialist products to leading OEMs and have a healthy order book. This role will work within the requirements of IATF16949 and monitor, analyse and continuously improve production quality performance whilst managing a small team.

Having completed a number of acquisitions over recent months, the business have reported an increase in revenue and have expanded an existing area investing in new technology and systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

To work within the requirements of IATF16949

To Compile PPAP documentation from Data Provided against Customer Specific requirements

To manage Customer Concerns and the Correction of faults through Root Cause Analysis

To manage Supplier Concerns

To support FMEA and Improvement Teams

To maintain and update Control Plans inline with FMEA and Corrective action activity

To be the lead on-site internal-auditor

I\’m keen to speak to Quality Managers and / or Quality Engineer\’s looking for the next step with the following skillset :

Extensive experience in the Automotive industry

Knowledge of implementing Lean Manufacturing

Auditor to IATF16949 standards

Evidence of successful change management programmes

Strong people manager able to demonstrate good awareness of working with people and team development
