We’re recruiting a Sales Project Manager to join a growing, fast-paced business that’s recently undergone positive change, including new leadership, a new CRM system, and an expanding sales team. This role focuses on managing existing customer projects from enquiry through to delivery, acting as the central point of contact between customers, architects, installers, and internal teams.
The Role:
- Manage quotations and tenders for newbuild, commercial, and residential projects
- Interpret drawings and specifications to produce accurate, commercially viable quotes
- Liaise with architects, developers, contractors, and installers to understand requirements
- Coordinate delivery and installation timelines in line with build schedules
- Manage payments including deposits and payment on delivery
- Oversee projects from quote to order confirmation and handover
- Build strong customer relationships via phone and email, delivering an excellent service
- Use internal CRM and systems to track projects and maintain accurate records
- Support both large accounts (e.g. national housebuilders) and smaller projects
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong project coordination or internal sales experience
- Confident managing multiple live projects in a fast-moving environment
- Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable reading technical drawings and specifications
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
