We’re currently recruiting for a Business Development Advisor to join a well-established and growing business within a fast paced commercial environment. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with previous telesales, lead generation or business development experience looking to join a supportive team with strong earning potential, genuine stability and long term progression opportunities.

Responsibilities of a Business Development Advisor:
- Proactively contacting prospective businesses via phone and email
- Generating and qualifying new business opportunities
- Managing and updating leads through the CRM system
- Researching target sectors and identifying growth opportunities
- Working closely with the marketing team on lead nurturing campaigns
- Building strong relationships with prospective clients
- Handling inbound enquiries and following up effectively
- Supporting wider business growth initiatives and campaigns
Requirements Business Development Advisor:
- Previous experience within telesales, sales or lead generation
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Comfortable working in a proactive outbound sales environment
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
