Interim Forensic Accountant 12 Month FTC

I’m working on a really interesting Interim Forensic Accountant role within a growing business based out of Leeds. This role sits within a specialist investigations team and offers a blend of hands-on forensic work alongside client-facing responsibility and the opportunity to take ownership of your own portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting investigations into professional misconduct, financial irregularities and regulatory breaches
- Reviewing and interpreting large volumes of financial and non-financial data to build clear, evidence-based findings
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to shape the direction of investigations and identify key lines of enquiry
- Preparing detailed reports and documentation suitable for legal and regulatory proceedings
- Supporting with (and over time delivering) expert witness work and court appearances
- Managing your own caseload, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard and within agreed timelines
- Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to expand existing work
- Contributing to the development of junior team members and supporting wider team growth
Key Skills:
- ACA / ACCA / CA qualified with a strong grounding in audit or technical accounting
- Experience within forensic accounting, investigations or disputes work
