Senior Consultant at Elevation – Procurement & Supply Chain

Role: SAP Supply Chain Lead – Permanent

Location: Bradford (Hybrid)

Elevation Recruitment Group is supporting a leading engineering manufacturer in the search for an experienced SAP Supply Chain Lead. This is a key role within a major S/4HANA transformation programme, ideal for a supply chain professional who can bridge operational detail with SAP expertise in a complex manufacturing environment.

About the Role

As the SAP Supply Chain Lead, you will take ownership of the full supply chain workstream within a large‑scale SAP implementation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, engineering teams and the SAP project group, you will define, map and optimise processes across materials management, production planning, warehouse management, and project management. You will play a critical role in ensuring the programme supports operational excellence, data integrity and long‑term business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain workstreams across SAP MM, PP, SD, WM and PS modules
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configuration
• Map, define and optimise procurement, planning, warehousing and sales processes
• Oversee data migration and master data governance for all supply chain entities
• Support UAT, training, documentation and go‑live readiness
• Drive post‑implementation optimisation and continuous improvement
• Act as the primary liaison between supply chain operations and the SAP project team

About You

• Hands‑on SAP implementation experience (S/4HANA preferred)
• Strong knowledge of BOMs, routings, planning strategies and production processes
• Technically fluent in MM, PP, SD, WM and PS modules
• Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills
• Analytical, detail‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced, project‑led environment
