Duties of a Sales & Market Intelligence Manager:
- Identify and qualify new business leads across UK and international markets
- Map key decision makers including architects, engineers, and contractors
- Generate high quality meetings for the Business Development team
- Conduct market research, tracking trends, pipelines, and competitor activity
- Support targeted outreach campaigns alongside marketing
- Maintain and develop CRM data to improve targeting and insight
- Assist with presentations, proposals, and sales materials
Skillset of a Sales & Market Intelligence Manager:
- Experience in internal sales, lead generation, or market research
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Proactive and commercially aware mindset
- Must have experience working in the construction industry
- Experience of Barber ABI or Glenigans is of benefit
