Elevation Recruitment are currently partnering with a well-established business in the Bradford area that is looking to recruit a Payroll Manager on a permanent basis. This is a standalone payroll role reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, offering the opportunity to take full ownership of payroll operations for approximately 400 employees.

Location: Bradford, BD12 (office based).

Salary: Up to £37,500 FTE.

Hours: Approx. 30 hours per week with flexibility across 4 or 5 days.

Key responsibilities:

  • End-to-end weekly and monthly payroll processing for circa 400 employees
  • Managing starters and leavers
  • Processing payroll journals
  • Acting as the main point of contact for payroll queries
