We’re seeking a commercially focused Senior Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing, complex organisation in Leeds. This is a highly visible role where finance is central to decision-making, performance, and strategy.
You will act as a key partner to senior leaders, taking ownership of planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the business. The role plays a pivotal part in shaping commercial direction, improving profitability, and supporting key investment and strategic decisions.
Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will deliver high-quality financial insight, lead scenario analysis and modelling, and support the development of robust pricing, margin, and performance frameworks. You’ll also play a key role in strengthening governance, control, and financial discipline across the organisation.
This is a role for someone who enjoys influence, pace, and variety where insight leads to action and finance actively shapes business outcomes.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Has strong experience in FP&A, management accounting, or business partnering
