Salary: £45,000
Elevation HR are proud to be working with a well-known Northern business who are seeking an interim Assistant HR Business Partner for a 5 month FTC - with a potential to be extended. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with an experienced HR Business Partner, gaining exposure to both operational and project-based HR activity within a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the delivery of the people agenda, acting as a trusted first point of contact for stakeholders while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the HR Business Partner with day-to-day HR activity such as tracking PDRs and managing termination processes
- Acting as the first point of contact for business cases, providing guidance and ensuring appropriate escalation where needed
- Liaising with People Management Services to ensure casework is being progressed effectively
- Supporting and contributing to HR projects and wider people initiatives
- Monitoring colleague survey outcomes and ensuring action plans are implemented and followed through
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing a professional and responsive HR service
Ideally you will be:
- An experienced HR professional having worked with large matrix organisations
- Experienced working with unions
- Have the confidence to be able to influence stakeholders
- Be immediately available
The role will be hybrid and can be based in either Leeds with some travel across the region - free transport will be provided.
