Elevation Recruitment Groups specialist People & HR division are proud to partner with a healthcare company in the recruitment of an Employment Relations Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis. We’re looking for a confident and people-focused Employment Relations Advisor to join our client in a permanent, field-based role covering predominantly the North-East. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out on-site, building relationships, and supporting managers to navigate employee relations with confidence.

You’ll work closely with operational leaders across multiple locations, coaching, advising, and partnering with them to create positive, high-performing teams. Key areas of responsibility will include but are not limited to:

  • Act as a trusted advisor on all employee relations matters across multi-sites
  • Manage a high volume of varied ER cases (disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance)
  • Support and coach managers to apply policies and employment law effectively
  • Build strong relationships across teams and provide practical, commercially sound guidance
  • Proactively manage sickness absence cases
  • Support investigations and contribute to key people metrics and reporting
