We are currently working with a well-established and growing organisation in Leeds to recruit a Legal Biller. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced billing professional to join a high-performing finance team in a collaborative and supportive environment.
The Role: As a Legal Biller, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely billing across the business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to manage the end-to-end billing process, ensuring compliance with client agreements and internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and processing a high volume of invoices in line with agreed terms
- Liaising with internal teams to resolve billing queries and discrepancies
- Ensuring all billing data is accurate and up to date
- Supporting month-end processes and reporting requirements
- Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to improve billing efficiency
- Monitoring WIP (Work in Progress) and assisting with billing reviews
About You:
- Previous experience in a billing, finance, or accounts role (professional services experience beneficial)
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Proactive and able to manage workload effectively
- Confident using finance systems and Excel
