Are you a dynamic leader with a strong background in manufacturing? Our client, a global leader in precision engineering, is seeking a skilled Assistant Production Shift Manager to support operations at their state-of-the-art facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring production excellence, compliance with health and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement within the team. The Assistant Production Shift Manager will work closely with the Production Shift Manager to oversee operations and ensure that production targets are met while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
