This key role within the hydraulic systems product group focuses on developing new business, managing dealer relationships, supporting product demonstrations and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Actively grow the dealer and premium partner network across the UK and Ireland
  • Plan and execute structured sales activities to identify, approach and engage new dealers
  • Organise and facilitate exhibitions and events and serve as a key representative of the business
  • Conduct structured sales visits to drive product awareness
  • Enhance and manage relationships with the existing Dealer Network and Premium Partners to maximise sales potential

Sales Performance & Forecasting

  • Achieve sales, margin and performance targets within the hydraulic levelling system segment
  • Support with the sales forecasting
  • Complete accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reporting
  • Maintain accurate record of sales activity, pipeline opportunities and customer interactions

Market Engagement & Representation

  • Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activity; share insights internally and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase product visibility

Dealer Onboarding & Customer Support

  • Coordinate the onboarding of new dealers, including conducting product demonstrations where required

Key Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, ideally within an automotive, RV, caravan, or technical hydraulic systems role
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations and explain technical concepts clearly
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working independently
  • Full UK driving licence; willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland
