Elevation Accountancy and Finance are excited to be working with a fantastic business in Sheffield City Centre as they look to recruit an Accounts Receivable Clerk into their welcoming, close knit team on a part time, permanent basis.

You’ll also have the chance to get involved in development work with managers to help them continue to improve our systems and processes, providing an efficient accounts receivable function.

Duties of this Part time, Accounts Receivable position include:

  • Administration, maintenance and development of the cashbook
  • Processing of online payments
  • Administration and recording of all till & other card/cash transactions
  • Administration and recording of all petty cash transactions
  • Assisting the Senior Accountant with month-end duties
  • Providing cover for other Accounts Receivable roles as required

    • Person Specification:

  • Hold administration experience within a medium/large size organisation
  • Have experience of finance systems, including posting entries & extracting information
  • Possess good organisational skills with attention to detail be able to work to deadlines, including re-prioritisation of tasks as necessary
