I’m currently partnering with a leading international professional services firm that’s experiencing significant growth and is now looking to appoint a Purchase to Pay (Accounts Payable) Team Leader to join their established finance team in Leeds. This is a brand-new position created through business expansion — offering a genuine opportunity to make your mark in a high-performing, forward-thinking environment. You’ll work closely with the Accounts Payable Manager, leading a team of six and acting as the key contact for complex queries and process improvements.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and support a team of Accounts Payable professionals (team of 6)
 - Oversee day-to-day P2P operations and handle escalations
 - Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
 - Drive efficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement projects
 
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years’ experience in end-to-end accounts payable
 - Proven track record in team leadership or supervision
 - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
 - Experience in a professional services or large corporate environment
 - AAT qualification is a bonus, but not essential
