Elevation Senior Finance are partnering with a fast-growing modern advisory firm in their search for an experienced Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager to join their expanding team in Sheffield. This is an opportunity to join a commercially focused and people-first business that has achieved consistent year-on-year growth and is continuing to invest heavily in its tax advisory offering. The role would suit an ambitious tax professional who enjoys working closely with owner-managed businesses and private clients, delivering high-level advisory work while helping shape the future direction of a growing practice.
Role
You will provide proactive tax advice across a broad range of matters affecting owner-managed businesses and private clients, including:
- Corporate and shareholder tax planning
- Business restructuring and succession planning
- Share schemes and employee incentives
- Property structuring and capital gains planning
- Inheritance tax planning, trusts and estates
- Managing HMRC enquiries and technical risk
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Contributing to the growth and development of the wider tax offering

About You
The successful candidate is likely to have:
- CTA / ACA / ACCA qualification
- 3+ years' post-qualified experience within tax advisory
- Strong experience advising owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurial clients

- The ability to work collaboratively within a growing team
