An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Finance to join a growing, private equity-backed business based in Leeds. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing the UK & Ireland finance function, with additional dotted line oversight of EMEA finance teams. The Role
- Lead the UK & Ireland finance function, overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, management accounts, and cashflow
- Manage and develop a high-performing finance team across multiple disciplines
- Provide guidance and oversight to EMEA finance teams, ensuring consistency and best practice
- Deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts and KPI reporting
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and governance
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide insight and support strategic decision-making
- Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and systems
About You
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role (Financial Controller / Head of Finance)
- Strong technical expertise across financial and management reporting
- Experience leading and developing finance teams
- Hands-on, proactive approach with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within a multi-entity or international environment is advantageous
