Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a HR Manager to work for a market leading and specialist SME manufacturer based in the Halifax area of West Yorkshire. This is a pivotal role for the business, that will lead on all HR activity while ensuring the workplace operates safely, efficiently and compliantly. As HR Manager you will be highly visible, partnering closely with the senior leadership to shape culture, drive performance, and deliver a first-class employee and workplace experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Own the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, reward, and offboarding
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, wellbeing, and change management
- Lead HR policy, compliance, and employment law best practice
- Oversee health & safety strategy, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- Manage facilities operations including contractors, building services, budgets, and projects
- Champion culture, engagement, sustainability (ESG), and staff initiatives
Elevation HR are keen to speak to people that have experience in the following areas:
- Proven senior-level, management experience across HR, facilities, and H&S
- Strong knowledge of HR, employment law and health & safety regulations
- Confident stakeholder manager with a pragmatic, people-first approach
- Organised, resilient, and comfortable balancing strategic and hands-on work
- Educated to Degree level with a Level 5 in CIPD or working towards
- NEBOSH Certificate in occupational H&S or similar would be desirable
