A growing UK-based consultancy group operating across the built environment and compliance sectors is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead and shape its next phase of growth. This senior leadership role reports directly to the Managing Director and will take ownership of commercial strategy across multiple service lines, with a particular focus on driving revenue growth, improving cross‑functional collaboration, and strengthening market presence within the construction sector.

You’ll lead an established commercial function including business development, estimating, and sales support teams, while introducing greater structure, accountability, and performance focus.

Key Responsibilities
