Pay: £13.35 - £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday - Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm, Friday: 7:00am - 1:00pm
The Role
We are recruiting for a Machine Setter to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Ansty Park, Coventry. Working on a specialist CNC machine, you'll be responsible for setting and operating the machine, making basic adjustments, and ensuring products meet quality standards. A minimum six-week training programme will be provided on the company's specialist machinery.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Machine Setter, CNC Setter, CNC Operator or similar.
- Experience using CNC machine controls.
- Basic understanding of machine axes and machining processes.
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make basic machine adjustments.
- Reliable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Desirable:
- Experience with Fanuc, Siemens or Heidenhain controls.
- Basic CNC programming or editing experience.
