We are currently recruiting for Machine Operatives to join a leading manufacturing business based at Ansty Park, CV7. The Role

As a Machine Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the production process and ensuring products are manufactured, checked, and prepared for dispatch to the highest standards. This is a physically active role that involves regular manual handling and lifting of products weighing up to 25kg.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating production machinery safely and efficiently (full training provided)
  • Stacking and handling finished products
  • Working from order sheets to meet production requirements
  • Carrying out end-of-line production duties
  • Completing visual quality checks on finished products
  • Preparing products for dispatch
  • Safely lifting and moving products weighing up to 25kg
