Hours: Monday–Thursday 07:00–16:00, Friday 07:00–11:30
Rate of Pay: Up to £17.00 per hour / £34,476

Introduction

Key Responsibilities

* Set and operate CNC Fanuc lathes with C-axis capability, delivering quality parts every time.

* Take ownership of a cell of two machines, keeping production flowing and standards high.

* Work from technical drawings and understand Fanuc programs where needed.

* Use barfeeders effectively and ensure machines stay productive.

* Pitch in as part of the team to keep everything running smoothly on the shop floor.

* Hands-on experience with Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes in a busy environment.

* Confident setting and operating C-axis lathes and managing two machines at once.

* Familiar with barfeeders and how to get the best from them.

* Able to read and understand technical drawings — and Fanuc programs where required.
