Salary: From 38,000 per annum + overtime (potential earnings up to 60,000)

Bonus: 10% sign-on bonus + company-wide bonus scheme

Shifts: Day and night shifts available with shift premiums

The Opportunity

We are recruiting experienced CNC Millers to join a modern precision engineering facility manufacturing complex, high-specification components used across advanced engineering sectors. You will be working with multi-axis CNC machines in a quality-driven environment offering excellent earning potential, modern equipment and long-term career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and operate CNC milling machines (3 axis and/or 5 axis)
  • Prepare machines including tooling, fixtures, offsets and probes
  • Load and edit CNC programs using CAM software or G-code
  • Perform first-off inspection and in-process checks
  • Machine precision components to tight tolerances
  • Interpret engineering drawings and GD
