About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Reach Truck Forklift Driver to join a brand-new warehouse operation based in Coventry. The site specialises in the distribution and logistics of high-quality goods, offering a modern working environment with long-term opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating reach truck forklifts safely and efficiently
- Loading, unloading, and moving stock within the warehouse
- Accurate put-away and retrieval of goods from racking locations
- Supporting stock control activities, including stock checks and inventory accuracy
- Order picking and packing to customer and quality standards
- General warehouse duties as required to support daily operations
- Adhering to all health & safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience operating reach truck forklifts
- Valid reach truck licence (RTITB / ITSSAR or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Willingness to work early and late shifts
- Strong work ethic and a flexible, team-focused attitude
