Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a local provider of affordable housing, to appoint an experienced Planned works surveyor to join the busy Assets team. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of the boiler upgrade programme, ensuring works are completed to agreed timescales, quality standards and budgetary requirements by the appointed contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of a planned boiler replacement and heating upgrade programme.
- Undertake pre- and post-inspections of domestic properties.
- Prepare technical specifications, schedules of work, and cost estimates.
- Oversee contractor performance and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Monitor programme progress, budgets, quality standards, and KPI performance.
- Ensure all works comply with current legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
- Resolve technical issues and provide professional advice to internal stakeholders.
