Under the supervision of the VP of Operations and Clinical Director of Psychology, this role involves providing behavioral health evaluations and treatment to patients through Telehealth. Services may be delivered via in-person visits, virtual appointments, or a hybrid approach, offering flexible options depending on clinician preference and organizational need.
This is a full-time opportunity for LCSWs/LICSWs to deliver therapy services to patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities across the country. Care is often provided using tele-video technology, enabling clinicians to work from a home office or hybrid environment while supporting a vulnerable and often underserved population. The organization serves tens of thousands of patients in hundreds of facilities nationwide and is recognized as a leading employer of behavioral health professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain an assigned patient caseload, providing diagnostic assessments, counseling, therapeutic interventions, and behavioral management.
- Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team within assigned facilities.
- Participate in clinical case reviews and team consultations.
- Document patient interactions and progress in an Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
- Deliver services in alignment with scheduled facility assignments and work hours.
- Attend staff meetings and engage in organizational communication as appropriate.
- Administer psychological and cognitive assessments under the guidance of a licensed psychologist.
- Provide coverage at other facilities as requested by management.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new clinical staff as needed.
The Pay Range For This Role Is $75,000 - $110,000 USD per year (Hybrid, Pottsville, Pennsylvania, US)
