We are recruiting for a Funds Lawyer for one of our customers, for an interim 6 month hybrid position based in London.
Key Requirements:
- Funds Experience - structuring, establishment, management, marketing and restructuring of private funds and pension funds.
- Experience advising on general corporate, regulatory and compliance matters and service provider documentation for investment funds and their managers.
- Experience across Financial Services (specifically investment and asset management) in the U.K. & Europe and worked on and structured both regulated and unregulated funds.
